First time to visit this store branch, improvements is open for better communications and harmony to have a good relation. I don't feel like hospitality is experience when I visited the store. Speaker music is kinda annoying distorted sounds and needs fixing to have a better music... Anyway thank you for the service. Hope in the future if I visit this store there'll be changes...
Food is good, but the availability of the foods are so limited to the point all the reco food of the cashier and other options we have in mind aren't available. But the cashier is very patient at nice.
They have very yummy chocolate ice.
When the cashier takes your order she gets a tray and puts all that you order on it and you are done but of course it takes longer to process each customer so felt like it takes longer to serve each guest i also didn't like the flavor of the chicken it was very different I'm visiting from the usa I've been here for 6 months so I'm still getting used to the different flavors of the foods but anyway for me it was a terrible experience eating at this particular jollibee,will never eat there again l.
I don't like the food or the service they take your order and fill it right on the spot it takes to long to process everyone so you end up waiting a very long time to get your order
My mom just wanted to have a little celebration for herself today. So she would pass by to your store and bought a pancake for Mother’s day.However, you guys disappoint her because you forgot to put a syrup and a butter for her pancake. :(
The food is okay but the service is bad they don't call out your number when waiting they just ring a bell and they don't put the utensils ready you need to ask for it the atmosphere was good cause I'm with my friends

You feel like you've won the lottery when someone takes note of you
I ordered 1 x 1piece chicken with spaghetti and coke combo
2 x 2 piece spicy chicken with coke combos
1 x "large" French fries
I wasnt sure what the options were regarding combos and the lady that served me couldn't assist with advising me on the best options price wise
I received the order over grab drivers shoulder and carried both trays myself to the table
I asked the cashier if it was large fries that I was served and she just laughed at me.
Chicken was disappointing bland,seemingly old oil that was used,no freshness
Fries was old ,too little for a large order and was actually quite disgusting
Rice was like mashed rice it was so overcooked
520 pesos later I should rather have gone further down the road when I already realised I was not getting decent service at the counter
Jollibee should look at the difference in service at Fisher Mall Navotas and this branch
Your service stinks as well as your food!
